The Colts lost to the Jaguars today, locking Indy into the No. 1 overall pick. Later in the day, the Redskins, Browns, and Buccaneers lost. Thus, the top 21 picks in the 2012 NFL are as follows:
As we wrote earlier today, the Browns and the Redskins very much want a quarterback. At No. 4, Cleveland might just be able to get Baylor's Robert Griffin III. That is, not unless the Redskins trade with the Rams or Vikings to move up and take him.
This is assuming the Colts take Andrew Luck No. 1 overall. On NBC's Football Night in America this evening, former-Colts coach Tony Dungy said that, with the way the game is going, he'd lean toward taking RG3 No. 1 overall if he still coached in Indy.
[UPDATE]: With the 2011 regular season ending with the Giants knocking out the Cowboys 31-14, the Top 20 picks in the 2012 NFL Draft are set, with the exception four picks decided by a coin flip at the 2012 NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis.

this is 100 percent true…or if Manning calls it quits and retires the colts will draft luck and SUCK even worse than they did this year.

And stupid. You’e obviously not living in a world where reality reigns, because as far as I’m concerned, the Colts beat the Texans two weeks ago in a match up that would have given the Texans better seeding in the playoffs. I doubt your coach laid down for that kicking.
Additionally, bring this years texans team to see our Colts when they’ve got a healthy QB. Might be a different story entirely. Like the time we saw Rosenfels do the helicopter and the Colts came back to win. Every team in this division has had a lucy year of winning, but the Colts are the kings of the AFC South. I think we need to resign Mathis and Wayne, and it sucks to say this but trade Freeney. He is gonna be way to expensive next year. I say we trade the first pick to the Browns for their two first rounders and their second round pick. Then we use those four picks in the first two rounds to take Claiborne, Nick Perry, Mark Barron, and Dontari Poe. Go all defense in the first two rounds. Matt Flynn looked pretty good today. He might be worth a look in free agency. If not keep Orlovski as backup and go after Barkley next year. I know some of you are going to think I am crazy but this is just a thought.

If Manning can't play
I would rather look at Flynn than take a chance on Luck as a starter. I don’t think Luck is worth all the hype. Barkley and RGIII had better stats against like opponents than Luck did and he has better talent around him. I think Luck will be an average QB at best in the NFL. Just my opinion.

I say if Manning is healthy we trade the pic for more pics and load up on defense. The guys that are putting up TD’s and monster offensive numbers: Rodgers, Brees, and Brady are all pocket passers. Yes, they have some mobility, particularly Rodgers, but I seem to remember that Luck is pretty mobile himself, having scampered for a 58 yard run once upon a time. I like RG3, but I’m going with the sure thing in Luck every time.
